My thoughts and prayers are with George's family. I became acquainted with him when he worked at DOC in Madison and I worked for the hospital on the same grounds. He was always so pleasant and kind. One of the last times I talked to he and his wife was before they moved. May the love, support and many prayers of family and friends, along with the many wonderful memories all of you shared, give you comfort during this time.

I talked to Uncle George not real long ago, and the love in his words and voice for me, his family, and our Lord, was more obvious than ever! He never, in my whole life, said a cross word to me and even as a young boy, I always felt loved and welcomed in his home! I thank God for blessing me with a loving, caring Uncle such as him! I love you Uncle George and I won't say good bye, but so long, for now!

Great Uncle George was a true man of God,and I know he is with our savior now! His smile was so infectious, it made others smile. I may not have been around him a lot, but love knows no distance and no boundaries! I'm so sorry for your loss! He will be greatly missed, and forever loved by all the people whose lives he touched! Not only was it a privilege to be his great niece, it was also an honor!
